    Some products and plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us

    We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

    Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

  • All Click and Collect orders must be placed by 4pm (Mon - Sat) or 3pm (Sunday's) for same day collection. Please allow 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available. The last collection time is 5pm (Mon - Sat) or 4pm (Sunday). The Click and Collect service is available Monday to Sunday (except Bank Holidays). The collection point is THE GROW, 47 Park Road, Crouch End, N8 8TE

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plant order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery being received by phone or email.

    Any complaints with regards to quality issues with plants must be made within 48 hours for refund or exchange. Please forward photos of whole plant and close up areas of concern, as well as proof of purchase.

    For all other non perishable products you have 7 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. We can only accept refunds for items in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

    Return of items must be arranged by the customer.

    We cannot refund sale items.

    If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made using the same payment method. Excluding faulty or damaged goods returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.

    Products should be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered with the original packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

    Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.

    Once purchased, our 'Plant Subscriptions' gift cannot be refunded.  Please contact us if you need to postpone or reschedule a delivery.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

    Vouchers are valid for 1 year and must be used within the stated time frame on the voucher.

    Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be used for subscriptions or services. Vouchers may not be applicable to certain products, this will be stated in the product description.

    Vouchers can only be used by the intended recipient and are void if altered, duplicated, or copied.

  • We are unfortunately unable to refund any workshop less than 7 days before workshop event. In the event of teacher illness / cancellation, the workshop will be postponed to another date.

  • WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

    When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You can request to view this information at any time.Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

    CONSENT

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

    WITHDRAWING CONSENT

    If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, at anytime, by contacting us at info@thegrow.co 

    DISCLOSURE

    We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

    SAGEPAY

    Our store is hosted on SagePay. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through SagePay’s data storage, databases and the general SagePay application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then SagePay stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.     Our website does not use cookies except Google Analytics. The Google Analytics cookies collect information in an annonymous form, and help us to see how many visitors the website has and the pages they have visited.

    We have disabled data collection for advertising features.
